Noise and Cheers

We tell this story through sound contrast. In the first half, only irritating rattles fill the car; the protagonist cannot even cheer. In the second half, once the noise is gone, the stadium’s cheers surge in like a tidal wave. Fixing the car is never about the car itself. It is about reclaiming the joy stolen by noise. The stadium roars flood in like a tide — at last, he gets to savour that long-awaited shout.
